Healthy Habits for Life - meeting #3 went well. I'm down 1.4 lbs! Had a not-so-good week...bad over the weekend but kept my exercise up so that was good. Gotta keep walking and I need to add weights to my routine. Need to look into newer, more up-beat music.

Weekly Challenge: Try a new recipe! That'll be a piece of cake...hehehe, no pun intended!
