Summer Sausage Pasta and Veggies

Summer Sausage Pasta and Veggies (Sorry no picture)

1 Jar Ragu Chunky Spag. Sauce (any flavor)
1 pk Skinless Summer Sausage, cut into "coins"
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped cauliflower
3/4 cup chopped red pepper
3/4 cup chopped yellow pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chicken stock
2 cups Whole Wheat pasta, uncooked - use your best judgment on how much to make.

Start the pasta water....bring water to a boil, pour in the pasta. Cook for 10 minutes.

Pour chicken stock into a skillet on med. heat. Put summer sausage "coins" and veggies, bring to a boil. Turn the heat down and add the spag. sauce. Simmer for approx. 10 minutes or until cooked down.

Drain pasta and either pour into skillet and stir or serve onto plates and top with sausage sauce.
